I finished my “Sew Simply” piece. This was a labor of love. I wanted something girly, and shabby chic for my bedroom gallery wall. I started with this piece and am working off the idea of fashion, fabrics, flowers, and shabbiness. Girly-ness for lack of a better word.

It’s all about details. From mini rhinestones to adding seed beads to straight pins. I distressed the sewing tools with gesso, paint, ink, and gold foiling. This was a joy to make and I can’t wait to group in on my bedroom wall ….
